Crash Champions Collision Repair Pompano South

Very slow service. Took my car into the shop was told it would take a week. After a month of work and having to call everyday for an update, when it was time to pick it up it was not done correctly. Parts still didn't fit on the car, when I confronted the man who worked there he played the blame game stating I rushed him and he got very defensive. To play the blame game with a customer is very unprofessional and rude. After a month of not having a car, he unwillingly agreed to reorder parts that would fit. Take it to any other body shop. Do not take your car there.

My bumper was not fixed correctly. I Have been having problems since you guys fix my car for one the bumper that you put on is not the same bumper it’s flimsy. It’s not clipped on right never was. Something needs to be done. I really regret from coming here. You guys didn’t even clip my bumper on the correct way. It’s been loose since I picked my car up. I had my car looked up by two auto bodies places and they both said the same thing someone needs to contact me ASAP

Thank you x 1000. I had an excellent experience at Crash Champions Collision Pompano following a car accident. The staff were very attentive and accommodating to my family's situation. We were very pleased, especially with Carlo Villarosa. He really took the time to work with us and make sure our needs were taken care of in a timely and professional manner. The workmanship is also excellent. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Reached out about my car for a second opinion. Spoke with Carlo. He was knowledgeable, attentive and listened to my concerns. I appreciated not feeling like I was being oversold and had lots of questions of what things meant. He was super helpful in explaining what needed to be done and the options I had. Great customer service all around!

This has been the best experience I ever had. My car was in an accident and the whole side was taken off. They fixed everything fast and made everything look like I have a brand new car. The manager Carlo was so kind and amazing. He kept me up to date on the status of my car and made me feel welcomed to do business with him!!! Definitely recommend going to this crew!!
